Job Description:
- Provide solutions to customer queries via email or calls.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of oneself in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/ development.
- Follow ups with Merchant and Internal stakeholder is required to stop the fraudulent transactions on time.
- Coordination with investigating authorities/Government agencies is required.

- Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Role : Platform & Application Level Support for android/ios based product.
Job Description:
- Monitoring the alerts using panels.
- Helping client's customer care team via email in resolving issues.
- Providing technical support / debugging of live issues.
- Performing sanity checks for the services.
- Understanding the SQL queries (Oracle) & their execution on Linux System.
- Writing shell scripts on Linux System.
Desired Profile:
- Should be willing to work 6 days in a week with rotational shifts.
- Knowledge on android/ios apps technical support background.
- Technical Competencies : Oracle, Linux, Java(basic).
