IIC Activity: Progress Monitoring & Impact Measurement Session

Mangalmay Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida under the aegis of IIC, holds a meeting followed by a presentation on the progress achieved so far. The presentation highlights various activities undertaken to promote Innovation and Entrepreneurship and measures their impact.

The meeting begins with addresses by Shri Atul Mangal, Chairman Mangalmay Group of Institutions, Shri Aayush Mangal Vice Chairman Mangalmay Group of Institutions and Ms. Prerna Mangal Executive Director Mangalmay Group of Institutions. They emphasize the importance of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Rajiv Rajan also joins the meeting as a representative of the Mentor Institute.

Dr. Arun Kumar Rana Director Planning and Corporate Affairs and Dr. Geeti Sharma, Director MIMT share their views on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and patent filing related to ideas generated by students.

MIMT initiates seven self-driven activities focused on problem-based learning, idea generation, cyber protection laws for startups and entrepreneurship awareness among students.

In the next quarter, MIMT receives the opportunity to offer a 30-hour certification course for MBA students conducted by the Academy of Entrepreneurs Sydney, Australia, under the title "Boss Your Economy Certification Course." All participating students successfully complete the course and receive certification.

MIMT scores 49.99 out of 50 and achieves a 2 out of 2 rating successfully developing an entrepreneurial culture within the institution.

The future plans of IIC, MIMT include encouraging students to complete Innovation Ambassador (IA) certification courses, creating more idea-generation projects and promoting student participation through uploads under the Yukti Scheme in IIC.

MIMT believes that innovation is essential for organizations to adapt to change and overcome challenges. It fosters growth and helps shape students' minds towards innovation and entrepreneurship.
