Psychometric Profiling Testing session for MBA++ Students

MIMT organizes a workshop on "Psychometric Profiling Testing" for MBA (++) first-year students on 22nd August 2022 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Psychometric tests help students understand their strengths and weaknesses better. The workshop is facilitated by Dr. Deepa Goel, an energetic and experienced life coach. She begins the session with motivational activities and yoga exercises for mind conditioning.

She explains the importance of mindfulness and the uniqueness of every individual's personality. She emphasizes the need to manage the mind effectively and discusses the application of Kurt Lewin's Change Model to unlearn, learn, and relearn knowledge.

Students participate in a psychometric profiling test consisting of 32 structured questions and identify their personality types. They enjoy the learning experience with enthusiasm and active participation.

The workshop concludes with a short question-and-answer session followed by a brief meditation exercise focused on the seven chakras. The entire workshop serves as a package of personality analysis, mental relaxation, and self-awareness.

A total of 42 MBA++ students actively participate in the workshop. Through the psychometric test, students gain a better understanding of their interests, aptitude, and personality, helping them make informed career choices.
