➲ Assist the HR staff in all HR activities.
➲ Responsible to handle queries of employees.
➲ Assist in Joining Formalities of New Joinees.
➲ Assist for facilitation of Employee Engagement Activities.
➲ Assist in Recruitment and Selection Process.
b) Job Designation – Trainee Administration
➲ To learn staff functions and operations of the office or department the trainee is working in.
➲ To clearly understand the company’s policies and practices.
➲ To assist or participate in setting performance goals and targets for the organization.
➲ To perform certain duties in departments like performing finance analysis, sales, serving clients and also solving IT problems.
➲ Forecast the requirements of the production in order to achieve the production target.
➲ Make most efficient utilization of the available sources for production.
➲ Minimize throughput time and work in process by systematic production planning.
c) Job Designation: Sales Trainee
➲ Looking for a Sales executive who would be responsible for Educating, comparing and Selling.
➲ Investments Plans over the call to Interested PB Customers.
➲ Fluent English Speaking.
➲ Selling financial products (Insurance) on phone.
➲ Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
➲ Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
➲ Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
➲ Good communication skill.
➲ Ability to capture the services from other associates.
➲ Ability to work in speed & problem solving and Positivity in work.
