A) Designation:  Associate Software Developer

Eligibility: B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) & MCA

 Job Responsibilities:

Candidate should have knowledge of OOPS , Core Java , Servlets , Data Structure & Algorithms.
Web Technologies like HTML, CSS, Java Script & JQuery

B) Designation:    Business Development Executive

Eligibility: BBA, MBA, All Graduates

Job Responsibilities:

Giving Presentations and Demonstration to the Clients (Schools/Coaching Centre/Parents) regarding the learning mechanism.
Will be responsible for generating business by pitching the services offered by us.
Develop, build, & manage a client base of Institutional Accounts.
Target new & existing accounts of various Institutes for new business.
Develop, build, & manage a client base of IT.
Maintaining the database of the Leads generated and make regular follow ups with Them.
Build long term client relationships in order to develop and present sales.
Proposals to prospective and repeat clients and to close sales.

C) Designation:    Executive - Talent Acquisition

Eligibility: MBA

Job Responsibilities:

Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.
Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.
Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.
Scheduling and arranging Induction.
Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.
Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.
Compilation & processing of attendance data.
Processing monthly attendance master for workers, trainees & officers.
Maintaining employee’s personal files and records, communicating HR policies across the organization at all levels.

Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.

Job Responsibilities:

Real Time Training and live project on SEO, SMO, SMM and SEM. Work with team members to develop and understand digital marketing strategies that will meet client objective.
Work on different SEO Tools and learn SEO best practices and write Meta content to support client SEO initiatives.
Work exclusively to strategize and analyze ROI for PPC management offerings.
Utilize compelling ad copy, Google Ad Words editor, A/B testing, exact phrase vs. broad matching, negative keywords, etc. to identify and correct poor performers Email Marketing and Online Reputation Management.
YouTube video ranking in Google search results & videos results.
Social Media Marketing: Face book Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads etc. Creating engaging social media strategies and execution plans that cultivated audiences, increased web presence and enhanced brand awareness.
Set up, Optimizing, Analyzing and Management of the campaign on Google AdWords, Face book, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
