A) Job Designation  - Marketing Communication Executive

Job Description:
Develop, review and regularly update the monthly sales plan and initiatives.
Analyze new technology trends and other factors.
Be proactively involved in execution of the plan set by the organization on Week
On - Week basis, fix client meetings, phone calls to further clients with prospect.
Send, Emails to clients & proposals per day.
Be focused on meeting the sales targets.
Forwarding the appointments to the Sales coordinator for verification purpose.
Clients follow up along with handling customer's grievances.
 

Desired Skills:

Fluent communication skills in English & Hindi language. Additional knowledge of regional language will be an added advantage.
Polite and good telephone etiquette & computer and Microsoft office-knowledge.
Strong communication skills & follow up skills.
Good motivational skills, pleasing personality, well groomed.
Should be computer / internet proficient.
Good inter- personal skill & good understanding of customer needs.

B) Job Designation  - Sales Trainee

Job Description:
Sales Plan: Develop, review and regularly update the monthly sales plan and initiatives.
Analysis of trends and other factors.
AOP : Be proactively involved in execution of the plan set by the organization on Week-On - Week basis.
At least 5 client meetings in a day, phone calls to 15 prospects, Emails to 10 clients & Send minimum 2 proposals per day.
Be focused on meeting the sales targets.

Good Team Motivation Skills.
Pleasing personality, well groomed.
Should be computer / internet proficient.
Proficiency in English & local / regional language.
Good inter- personal skill.
Good understanding of customer needs.
