Our vision is to build all the day to day use and enterprise software on SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. As of now we have five products available on SaaS platform, but we soon plan to bring about 20 odd products on the same platform. We do high quality enterprise level custom software development at very affordable prices.

 

Profile:


1. Designation:  Software Developer - . NET

Eligibility: B.TECH (CSE, IT & ECE) & MCA

Batch: 2018 & 2019 pass outs

Responsibilities

  • To develop software product and enhance its features from end to end.
  • A candidate should be able to demonstrate his/her expertise in .NET and should be comfortable with the following.
  • Excellent command on C#, .NET, Sql Server, .NET Framework 3.5/4.0/4.5.
  • Good understanding on MVC, three tier architecture.
  • Should have good experience in Development & Design.
  • Knowledge of design patterns is a big plus.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on mobile app development.

Package: 2.7 - 3 LPA.
 

2.Designation:  Business Development Executive (IT Sales division)

Eligibility:  MBA & B.TECH (CSE, IT)
Batch: 2018 & 2019 pass outs

Responsibilities:

  • Selling our online HR/ Payroll software to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements over the phone, over the web or by email.
  • Follow up with the clients once the sales team is involved.
  • Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients.
  • Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining.
  • Helping the clients to understand various product offerings and solutions available with business HRStop.com.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

Package: 2.5 – 4 LPA
 

3. Designation:  Customer Relation Executive

Eligibility: MBA
Batch: 2018 & 2019 pass outs

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Success Champion would be responsible for talking to the customers and helping them with their queries regarding our software product.
  • Responding to and Answering Calls, Emails and Web Tickets of end users in a cordial, professional manner.
  • Logging Tickets (Incident / Service Request / Information Query) for every user interaction handled.
  • Providing first level support on our services via remote desktop calls if required.
  • Route/Assign tickets to the appropriate support group, if necessary.
  • Identifying and escalating high-severity, priority issues.
  • Updating Pending Tickets with timely, precise, accurate updates.
  • Following-up with end users, if necessary, for closure of pending tickets.

Package: 2.5 LPA – 3.6 LPA

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with email etiquettes.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with positive attitude - confident/ self-motivated.
  • Must be computer/ internet savvy, ability to work under pressure.
