A) Designation :  ME Engineer

Department: Manufacturing Engineering

Eligibility:  B.Tech - Mechanical

Responsibilities:

  • Import of new automation equipment.
  • Production line equipment problem solving.
  • Maintenance of automated equipment, including daily inspection, maintenance.
  • Equipment improvement and difficult problem solving.

Desired skills:

  • Major in mechanical or automation.
  • Hard work, good sense of responsibility, strong execution.
  • Strong hands-on ability, able to analyze and solve problems on their own.
  • Have good ability of communication and teamwork.
  • Must be versatile with the shifts (day/night) and can be relocated based on Company requirements to other Locations.

B) Designation :  IE Engineer

Department: Manufacturing Engineering

Eligibility:  B.Tech - Mechanical

Responsibilities:

  • Standard Operating Procedures: Create, update and teach standard operating procedures for the SMT line. Creating and updating SOPs according to actual condition, organizational rules, line balancing and quality rules is the basic responsibility.
  • Efficiency measurement: Measuring efficiency of the line using different KPIs such as UPH (Units per hour), UPPH (Units per person per hour) and improve the line balance for higher efficiency. Reporting of KPIs & their analysis to the superior.
  • Setting up standards: Decide IE standard according to line capacity and make rule and standards for normal production, planning and other production activities.
  • Constant Improvement: Thinking analytically about the overall system, applying principles of six sigma and lean management to make overall system more efficiency and more result oriented for the organization.
  • Planning: Planning of manpower, machines, jigs and other resources used in overall manufacturing system and making rules to use them in efficient way.

Desired skills:

  • SMT related industry knowledge is a plus point along with basic knowledge of mounting equipment and application capabilities, able to skillfully handle the various conditions in production.
  • Proficient in the data analysis along with analytical approach towards problems and result oriented attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Six sigma and lean manufacturing is a plus point.
  • Must have basic knowledge of engineering drawing and should be able to use AUTOCAD.
  • Must be versatile with the shifts (day/night) and can be relocated based on company requirements to other Locations.

C) Designation : Assistant Leader – Logistics

Department: Warehouse & Logistics

Eligibility: BBA

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the Warehouse prospects.
  • The work dedication on the full functioning capacity and multitasking.
  • Ensure work with rotational shift and handled assigned schedule to make operation for more convenient and to reduce cost for Department.
  • Review the goals to understand the placement for Logistics comprehend the working of the team to provide the right service for the Logistics Department.
  • Maintain the records& Reports of all Warehouse Operations and handle the assigned work with short time.
  • Quick learner and an innovative mind with self-decision making skills.
  • EHS rules and regulations of company must be followed & communication skills should be good.

Interview Process: Written test followed by Technical and HR round
