Designation: Customer Relationship Officer (Retail)

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items.
  • Lending opinions and providing product information.
  • Handle the concerns of the Customers using our services.
  • Work to rectify issues experienced by individual customers.
  • Improve the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Accomplish their goal of building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Look after all retail activities & job duties (answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information).
  • Students will be placed on the payroll of IKYA Human Capital Ltd.

Skills Required:

  • Service and Solution Oriented & Technically Sound.
  • Empathy, Persuasive with Sound Communication skills.
  • Should have a pleasing personality. 

Interview Process: Group Discussion, Aptitude Test & PI.
