Key Responsibilities –
Merchandise Planning & Merchandising:
- Decide what merchandise to buy based on past sales and market trend forecasts.
- Suggest strategies for promotion and pricing based on current sales trends.
- Generate short and long term merchandising plan to meet company financial objectives, ability to analyses and improve planning standards.
- Co-ordination among various departments & provide administrative support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandize.
- Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within timeframe.
Visual Merchandiser:
- Display designers and visual merchandisers use their design skills to help promote the image, products and services of businesses and other organizations.
- Visual merchandisers create window and in-store displays of goods for retail shops and department.
Retail & Store Operations:
- To take care of admin related works with smooth store operations.
- People Management & Training & store Interview & Shrinkage Management.
- To maintain Visual merchandising as company SOP.
- Scheme and product update with co-Ordination with concern department.
- Driving sales & customer service, Process & SOP Management.
