Executive Trainee (ET) is a Front Line Sales (FLS) position in HDFC Life, which is an Individual Contributor position in Sourcing Role who is expected to achieve the Business Deliverables for the mapped channel partners through professional and engaging relationship in order to gain mind share first and market share next.
Bancassurance – Any Partner Relationship
Responsibilities:
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of channel partners
- Meeting the prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
- Achieving sales targets as per channel strategy
- Providing pre and post sales support
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency
- Overall the Front Line Sales (FLS/ET) need to ensure to Engage Channel Partners, Strive for Customer Satisfaction and Overall Achieve Sales Targets
- Critical to Quality (CTQ)
Required skills :
- Educational Qualification: Post Graduate
- Age: 21 to 25 yrs
- One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and a go-getter attitude
- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
Interview process
1. The PPT(Pre-placement talk) with students.
2. Online assessment.
3. Selected students will be called for an interview.
This process should be completed within two weeks of the Pre-Placement Talk.
