Job description

The Quality Team is the last line of defense before our work products are delivered to the customer, think of yourself as a test pilot who is piloting a newly developed airplane testing it to its breakpoint, so that we don’t have disasters when it goes operational. The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that all our work products (courses) are free from defects and meet the client requirements. The Quality Controller ensures NIIT’s Values and Vision are represented by delivering the best product to our customers, consistently. They are therefore a key ingredient to NIIT’s continued success.

Skill set required

 Candidates should have:

• An attitude to be in the learner’s shoes and point out defects/areas in a course as the learner would see it.
• An eye for detail, and zest for perfection.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (*)
• Good logical and analytical skills
• Multi-tasking ability: working under pressure; adapting and grasping things quickly.
• Familiarity/Competence with computers and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (*)
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
• Knowledge of the standard SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and STLC (Software Testing Lifecycle)
• A passion for excellence

 Responsibilities 

• Examine products against test cases and record bugs in a clear and concise manner.
• Verify and analyze client feedback.
• Share bug reports with the development team.
• Adhere to the defined quality processes. 

Proposed working model 

• Candidates should be willing to work in flexible shift timings  of 9 working hours including lunch break

Selection process 

Candidates will go through the following rounds in the order given below: 

1. Online English test (Passing score is ≥ 70%)
2. Interview

Stipend – 15K per month
Duration- 6 Months

After final placement (as per the performance during 6-month of an internship )

Salary - 3.5 lacs pa – 23700 in hand per month  

Service Agreement – 2 yrs
