Responsibilities:
âž² To deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers.
âž² Action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders.
âž² Correcting post-sales problems.
âž² Communicate with customers primarily through mail, chat and phone.
âž² Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts.
âž² Research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Skills required :
âž² Excellent communication (written and verbal).
âž² Comprehension and problem solving skills.
âž² Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer.
âž² Good typing skills.
âž² Willing to work in a 24*7 environment.
