Objective:

âž² Receivables Management.
âž² Operational issues.
âž² Market intelligence.
âž² Human Resource Management.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy implementation
âž² Actively involved in formulating the overall Marketing Strategy.
âž² Implementation of the Overall marketing strategy.
âž² Preparing the Market Forecast for each product.
âž² Monitor and co-ordinate activities.
âž² Co- ordination with and briefing related Agencies.
âž² Dealer management.
âž² Evaluation of dealers performance.
âž² Appoint new Dealers.
âž² Take decision on Dealership Termination.
âž² Determining indices for review and determining of dealers and distributors performance.
2. Receivables management: Monitoring cash flows.
3. Operational issues:
âž² Monitoring legal aspects
âž² Approve the bills, credit notes and expenses for the department
âž² Market intelligence.
âž² Conduct Market surveys as and when required.
âž² Collect data on Competition.
âž² Collect data on global benchmarks / best practices.
4. Human resource management:
âž² Assessing training needs of the marketing staff.
âž² Carrying out Performance Appraisals of the department.
âž² Motivating the entire Marketing team.
âž² Recruit required Marketing and Sales staff.
5. Authority:
âž² Hiring Decision.
âž² Expenses, credit notes.
âž² Pricing decisions.
âž² Advertisement and sales promotion, packaging decision.
âž² Decide Training.
