Designation: Intern - Education Counsellor
Responsibilities:
- You will play an active part in progressing the careers of our learners.
- You will be responsible for counselling them and accurately recommending the right job assured programmes according to their fits.
- This is a consultative sales role and you will have targets with huge incentive pay-offs!
On The Job Training
- You will be trained on world-class Consultative Sales and Counselling techniques that include SPIN frameworks.
- Going ahead you will be coached to know the difference between Teaching, Training, Counselling, Mentoring and Coaching.
- You will work towards counselling learners in super-exciting new age job roles like Applied HRM, Investment Banking & Financial Services, Supply Chain, Logistics & Operations, Consultative Sales and Digital Marketing, Business Analytics and many more.
- You need to be a constant learner who is always updated with what's happening around these spaces in the new age industries backed with technology innovations, artificial intelligence, big data, analytics, blockchain and many more..
Required skills: Excellent communication in both English & Hindi.
