- Responsible for operating assembly stations in the EBS section.
- Responsible for maintaining & following all quality standards.
- Ensuring 5S in their respective area.
- Follow work instructions to conduct the assembly.
- Follow company safety guidelines & ensure High Quality Production
Functional Area: It includes all positions which are characterized by complex responsibility for assigned production line and process including meeting quality parameters. There could be associated responsibilities for managing other crew members of the production line. Examples are Line Leader (without process improvement responsibility), Jumper and Failure Analysis Jobs.
It includes all employees performing an operating job or service in or out of a production plant. These positions are typically seen as variable according to controlling definitions. Specifically this covers Skilled Operators, Semi-Skilled Operators, Related Services and Other Production Jobs. Examples are Line Leader, Tire Fitter, Roles not Directly Linked to Operating Machines and Cleaning Service
