 Designation: Trainee Campaign Management  

Responsibilities:
Gathering client requirements, and making sure campaign is tested and live as per the client requested timelines
? Work in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement life cycle campaigns, including campaign launch planning, timelines, targeting criteria selection etc.
 ? End to end campaign creation using internal tools.
? Coordinating with the QA team for campaign testing.
? Conduct A/B testing of marketing campaigns
 ? Deliver regular reports of campaign results and develop comprehensive reporting to articulate campaign impact.
 ? Responsible for building and maintaining Client Relationships to ensure clients are satisfied with the services.
? Participate in client meetings, brainstorms and planning sessions.
? Escalating, addressing and resolving problem areas as raised by the clients and flagging potential issues timely.
? Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction and internal processes.

Prerequisites for the position-

Available to join immediately & 2 years agreement applicable starting the date of joining
Good communication skills- verbal and written
Internship experience in Digital Marketing (Email-Marketing or Campaign Management or Marketing Automation)
No backlogs, Students would be directly joining us as an FTE (Full-time employee) and the destination will be Associate Trainee.
2 years of the service agreement is mandatory for all selected students.

 Location – Gurgaon {WFH till the current situation normalizes)

CTC : 4.5 LPA (in training for 6 months - 15k p m)
