Designation 1 : Marketing Executive
responsibilities :

·        Looking for a Dynamic MBA Marketing graduate who can understand the market demands in terms of technologies and find ways to reach out to the clients via various channels.

·        Handle Portals for client sources and pitch them.

·        Perform Email Campaigns to keep up the communication

·        Coordinate with various other team to get the requirements fulfilled

·        Maintain client & requirement database.

 

Designation 2 : Operational Analyst

Responsibilities:

·        Looking for Dynamic MBA Marketing / Sales / Operations graduate

·        Handle Active Client Contracts

·        Get weekly feedback and timesheet approvals

·        Invoicing the client

·        Invoicing the vendors

·        Inside Sales for further requirements on running clients

 

FOR B.TECH CSE PROFILE

Designation 3 :  Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
•             Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
•             Performing requirements analysis.
•             Documenting and communicating the results of your effort.
•             Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
•             Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
•             SRS Documentation
•             Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of the project
•             Support the ongoing efforts for standardized methods within nexidia post sales.
•             Designing wireframes for any mobile or website development.·   

 

Designation 4 : Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities:

·        Looking for a B.tech (CS / IT) + MBA graduate with good communication skills.

·        Get Leads from Lead Generation Team

·        Analyse lead and reply to client via email

·        Get client Requirement via email or call

·        Share requirement with Business Analyst team

·        Get drafted Feature list and proposal from Business Analyst Team

·        Share Feature List and Proposal with Client

·        Take follow ups with client

·        Maintain client database

·        Negotiate with client in collaboration with TLs

 

Location : Noida

 

 CTC ( MBA) : 4 to 6 LPA (In training for 3 months - 15k per month)
