Responsibilities:
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
- Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Coordinating new hire orientations.

Designation: Operations - Intern Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Managers oversee operational activities at every level of an organization.
- Managing inventory & ensuring proper rotation and inventory turns.
- Developing a logistic flow of packaging materials that supports marketing plans.
- Playing a liaison role between plant operations and headquarters planning.
- Tracking key indicators of performance in meeting customers’ requirements.
- Coordinate completion and administration of consulting agreements and facility vendors including janitorial and construction crews, while managing general office duties.
Required skills: Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
Joining: Immediate
Interview process: 1st virtual telephonic round, then shortlisted students will have to go for the final round at company premises.
