Responsibilities: 

• The candidate is required to handle the entire end-to-end bulk recruitment.
• Handling the end-to-end talent acquisition process. 
• Conducting employee onboarding, maintaining employee Database.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics. 
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic form. 
• Handles employee relations counseling.
• Assist in implementing the employee engagement activities. 

Required  Skills:

•  Adept at sourcing from various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Prior experience in using social media for hiring.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
•  Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
• If any working experience in recruiting Job.
