Designation: Business Development Executive Trainee
About the program: Role is for BDET (Business Development Executive Trainees) in Gati KWE Pvt. Ltd.
The training is divided into 3 Parts:-
- Classroom Training-
- OJT (on the job) Training
- Final deployment
The BDET will be assessed at the end of the training phase and only qualified BDETs will be absorbed or inducted into the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team in handling end-to-end ownership of inbound sales leads
- Handle day-to-day sales operations like scheduling meetings, conversing with leads. drafting contracts.
- Coordinating with internal team and essential 3rd party vendors for seamless execution.
- Help with formulating and executing outbound as well as inbound Sales strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate with essential 3rd parties and partner companies to help complete a sales cycle.
- Commendable proficiency in preparing sales collateral (PPT proposals).
- Conducting Market Research and communicating the sales team with actionable details.
- Prepare Sales Collateral ( Proposals, Decks).
Required skills:
- Passion to work in hardcore Sales/BD function with an interest in marketing.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and regional language.
- Must possess Driving license L & Bike
- Willing to relocate anywhere within the Zone
Classroom and OJT: 7 days (virtual mode)
Interview process: 1. online test (General aptitude) & 2. Virtual PI
Joining: Immediate
Work Location: PAN India
CTC: 3.4 LPA (includes Fixed + Variable) {In training for 3 to 6 months - 15k per month + Accommodation(If available) }
Salary will be revised on absorption of trainees after the Final Assessment + travel and mobile reimbursement.
