A) Designation : Software Developer

Role : 

1. Excellent command on C#, .NET, Sql Server, .NET Framework 3.5/4.0/4.5 
2. Good understanding on MVC, three tier architecture
3. Should have good experience in Development & Design. 
4. Knowledge of design patterns is a big plus.
5. Knowledge and hands on experience on mobile app development would be another plus point.
6. Should be a team player. 

CTC: 2.7 LPA - 3 LPA

B) Designation  : Product Support /  Customer relation Executive

Role :

1. Responding to and Answering Calls, Emails and Web Tickets of end users in a cordial, professional manner
2. Logging Tickets (Incident / Service Request / Information Query) for every user interaction handled
3. Providing first level support on our services via remote desktop calls if required
4. Route/Assign tickets to the appropriate support group, if necessary.
5. Identifying and escalating high-severity, priority issues 
6. Updating Pending Tickets with timely, precise, accurate updates
7. Following-up with end users, if necessary, for closure of pending tickets.

CTC : 2.4 LPA - 3.6 LPA

C) Designation :   IT Sales/ Business Development Executive

Role :

1. Selling HR/ Payroll software to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements over the phone, over the web or by email. 
2. Follow up with the clients once the sales team is involved.
3. Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients.
4. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining.
5. Helping the clients to understand various product offerings and solutions available with business HRStop.com.
6. Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

Desired skills :

1. Positive attitude - confident/ self-motivated. 
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills: English/ Hindi. 
3. Must be computer/ internet savvy. 
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Good Analytics/ Sale Aptitude.
