Campus Hiring Program Sell2Succeed - Executive Trainee (ET) Program for FY 2024 - 25,
They are hiring, ETs will be working as a Front-Line Sales (FLS) with any one of HDFC Life's key channels like Bancasurrance, Direct & Corporate Sales.
We are inviting and accepting applications ONLY from the FULL TIME 2 Years Courses like MBA- Marketing as well as from the Non-Marketing specialties who are keen to join our ET program.
Fixed CTC will be 4.75 LPA for this position (plus performance linked business incentives).
Joining Date : joining will be staggered between Apr till Dec 2025.
Important Points:
1. Assessment link will be triggered to all the interested candidates.
2. A detailed placement presentation/discussion will be conducted about the Company and the Job Profile with the students who clear their online assessment (before the panel interview).
3. Selected students will be called for a panel interview (PI) with HR and the Line/Business colleagues.
4. A detailed mailer from HDFC Life will be shared with the TPOs about the list of students selected and not-selected/rejected.
5. Interview selected students will receive their Letter of Intent (LoI) which will be a kind of Preliminary Offer Letter (POL). All the LoI issued candidates will be invited for the training cum induction program during next FY 25-26 (from Apr till Dec 2025) and their subsequent joinings will be made/facilitated with HDFC Life.
The entire process of campus hiring would be completed within the two/three weeks.
