Highlights
--· Performance Linked Pay will be paid monthly based on the achievement of your targets from the 4th month onward.
· For the first 3 months, 100% Performance Linked Pay will be paid in lump sum on successful completion of the Probation Period.
· Salary revision after 6 months subject to successful completion of Mid-year Performance Review.
· Salary Revision and elevation to Territory Sales Manager after 12 months subject to Full-year
Performance Review.
· In case Mid-Year or Full-year Performance is not satisfactory, the review period can be extended for a maximum of 1 month.
Candidates with interested domain / experience in Retail, Telecom, or any other B2C Sales /Freshers with Postgraduate qualifications (MBA/PGDM/PGC) owning a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license and willing to travel extensively (within the city)
Location : Gurugram
CTC : 3.25 LPA (3.08 LPA fixed + variable)
after 6 months CTC : 3.75 LPA
after 12 months : 4.5 LPA
