Designation 1: Software Developer
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the managers with all aspects of software coding.
- Attending and contributing to company development meetings.
- Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.
- Writing and maintaining code.
- Working on minor bug fixes.
- Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems.
- Responding to requests from the development team.
- Gathering information from customers about program functionality.
- Conducting development tests.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication and Analytical skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Ability and willingness to learn new tools & technologies.
- Good to Have: Programming experience in any language including C++, HTML5, and JavaScript.

Requirements:

Good to Have:
Hands-on experience of writing FSD or BRD document Experience of any flow chart designing tool like Visio, Balsamiq, Lucid Chart, Smart Draw, etc o Experience in client handling.
Designation 3: Quality Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with development managers to discuss software specifications and controls.
- Using the software as intended to analyse its functional properties.
- Designing & Developing Manual and Automated test procedures to evaluate each software product. Running Manual and Automated test scripts to ensure the software quality
- Tweaking the software testing systems for maximum performance.
- Finalizing and documenting testing procedures.
- Completing final tests and creating test reports.
- Presenting test reports to management and suggesting software fixes.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software – MS excel and MS Word
- Ability to collate data and compile reports.
- Good to Have: o Ability to write programs in perl, python or shell scripts o Knowledge of programming in any Automation testing software.
- Ability to design and write software testing procedures.
CTC: INR 2.4 to 3.6 LPA (in training for 6 months - 7500 Rs/- per month)
