Responsibilities:
Job Objective: The objective of this role is to contribute to scaling up the online property advertisements on 99acres via reaching out to potential customers and convincing them to list their property on the portal.
Job Description:
- Reaching out to potential customers (property owners) via a calling process and acquiring their information to scale up the online property advertisements on 99acres
- Identifying prospective customers and educating them about the benefits of using 99acres and helping them to register on the website by proposing value ads
- Acquiring respective property details from the customer and posting their advertisements digitally
- Ensuring productivity by converting the acquired customer into advertisements
- Ensuring the quality of calls comply with standards that are required
- Liaising with various internal stakeholders and teams including sales, data management, operations to ensure effective customer satisfaction within defined timelines
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Comfortable with 100 % calling profile
- Good convincing skills
Desired Skills:
- Client handling skills
- Knowledge of various online property portals
- Negotiation Skills
- Prior experience in client handling will be preferred
