Designation: IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Maintain routers, Replace network cables, Printing Server, Network communication, Network System, Deal with fault of computer and software application, Internet Server, Data Backup, And virus, User Password and authority management of various software, and Reason Analysis.
- Ensure the stable operation of computer file sharing and printing servers, and safe server operation keeping Data backups.
- Establish and implement the network use and management system, Asset Management and Project Management.
- Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support. Should have good knowledge of Social Media. Assist Subordinates on ongoing IT projects.
- Knowledge of programming Languages, Analyze data, Word + Office, Microsoft excel, (Python and Saas Preferred) .
Desired skills: Proficiency in English/ regional language Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Few points :
- Working Hours - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
- Perk- Insurance, Performance Bonus, and Retirals. (Full-time Employee).
- Alternate Saturdays off (2nd, 4th & 5th)

Location : Gurgaon (The selected candidate has to work from the office on alternate day’s basis and work from home on alternate days as assigned by HR Department)
