Responsibility of CCE: A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.
- Answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items.
- Lending opinions and providing product information.
- Handle the concerns of the Customers using our services.
- Work to rectify issues experienced by individual customers.
- Improve the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings.
- Accomplish their goal of building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Look after all retail activities & associate job duties (answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information).
- Students will be placed on the payroll of Quess corp LTD.
Skills Required:
- Service and Solution Oriented, technically Sound.
- Empathy with persuasive / sound communication.
- Age must be less than 27 years.
- Must not have a tattoo in the visible part of the body.
