Designation: Valuation Database Finalizer
Department: Real Estate Retail Valuation (Land & Building Valuation)
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking Valuation Assignments
- Site inspections & collection of primary data.
- Secondary research and Data Analysis.
- Preparation Finalizing of Valuation reports and handling client queries.
- Analyze the properties in terms of transaction value, technical building deviations (FAR area, Extensions, Multiple units, etc.), and other legal issues.
- Any other task assigned including database management, CRM, etc
Required Skills:
- Good report writing ability, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Background in consulting firm / Retail Valuation is ideal.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, understanding of financial Modeling & MS Office, good presentation skills, and understanding of building bylaws/master plans.
Joining: Immediate - (Probation Period- 6 Months)
Office timings: 10 am to 7 pm (with full flexibility & willingness to travel which is vital in the role.)
Location: Noida
CTC: 2.4 LPA + 1 Year Bond (Candidates with relevant experience will be compensated higher)
