Training Curriculum: We will train each individual for 6 months on industry standards and practices which includes rigorous classroom sessions along with Hands-on training on live projects, so as to make every individual ready to face the challenge and progress towards growth. The candidate would be assessed closely for performance and attitude and this would determine the project assignments.
Designation : Software Engineer
responsibilities :
Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods.
Directing our software programming initiatives
Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems.
Managing the software development lifecycle.
Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams.
Developing and executing project plans.
Creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs.
Testing new software and fixing bugs
Interview process : online test and then the interview rounds
Bond: 30 Months (Including 6 months of Training)
Bond Value: 1 Lakh Rupees only
Bond Type: Bank guarantee or Fixed Deposit
Job Location: Gurgaon or Hyderabad
CTC : 4 LPA (in training for 6 months - 12k per month)
