Responsibilities:

âž² Aggressively manage the sales pipeline ensuring the pipeline is robust and will Meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in The pipeline.
âž² Develop and execute a sales strategy for increasing interactive penetration and Improving operational economics.
âž² Lead the sales strategies to penetrate all segments within prescribed territory in Middle market.
âž² Develop linkages with the implementation team to facilitate fast and efficient Implementations of won business.
âž² Retaining and growing the margins in our new business wins.
âž² Monitor and set strategies to overcome key competition.
âž² Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues impacting customers.
âž² Directly selling through new customer acquisitions.
âž² Augment distribution by appointing agents in assigned geographies.

Skills Required:

âž² Excellent Communication skills.
âž² Personal pipeline management experience including ability to make cold calls On prospects.
âž² Strategic and analytical focus and ability to articulate knowledge about products, services and value.
âž² Proposition to prospects.
âž² Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
âž² Superior negotiation abilities.
âž² Strong Microsoft Word, Power point, & Excel skills preferred.
âž² Build relationships with decision makers and influencers with the client.
âž² Proactive Attitude & Good Negotiation Skills.

CTC: For MBA – 3 LPA – 5 LPA
          For BBA – 2.5 LPA – 3.5 LPA
