A) Designation: HR Executive
Role:
âž² Reviewing resumes and applications and conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
âž² Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
âž² Managing workplace safety issues and training new or existing employees.
âž² Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.
âž² Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines.
âž² Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
âž² Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
âž² Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
B) Designation: Junior Operation Manager
Role:
âž² Managing all ground operations needed for setting up and running the long stay properties.
âž² Supervising associates and managing a team of field workers under them Strong Communication and Street Smartness.
âž² General operations management.
C) Designation: Hospitality Manager
Role:
âž² Organize and coordinate people and operations.
âž² Supervise and oversee staff members.
âž² Check supplies and equipment quantity and quality.
âž² Manage budgets and approve expenditures.
âž² Develop and communicate standard operating procedures.
âž² Establish standards for customer service.
âž² Ensure adherence to relevant legal, health and safety regulations and guidelines.
âž² Keep and update relevant documents and records for senior management.
