Job Description

  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them Real Estate deals.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM Systems.
  • Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal networks.
  • Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with Builder partners.

Salary

CTC (International): INR 23.11 LPA [INR 11.11 LPA (fixed) (AED 50400 per annum Fixed) + INR 12.00 LPA (Variable)(Average monthly Incentive INR 1 Lacs - Indicative] (1 AED = 22.05 INR on Nov 15th 2022)

CTC (Domestic): INR 8.40 LPA [3.60 LPA fixed + 4.80 LPA Variable (Average monthly Incentive INR 40 k per month - Indicative)]

Mobile and Travelling Allowance (Extra) (on Actual) (both International & Domestic)

Work Location

International: Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Qatar

Domestic: (Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Lucknow) the exact location will be finalized by the company. No location change request will be entertained
