Job Profile: Business Development Executive

For the process, we need participation of eligible students from MBA final year batch who are willing to join the company after the final selection.

Personal attributes:

1. Must be fluent in English.
2. Should have good analytical & problem solving skill.
3. Should have expertise in Mathematical skills.
4. Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales.
5. Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
6. Manage the orders from clients and take follow up with all concerned departments.
7. Research and build relationships with new clients.
8. Interaction with Market Network of Builders, Contractors, Interior Designers and Architects and developing the same.

Training period: 15 Days including In-house and field training. Training will be held in the respective locations assigned to the candidate under the line managers.

Interview Process will include the following rounds :

1. Aptitude Test (computer based)
2. Group Discussion
3. Final Round (f2f interaction round)

Every round is an elimination round.

Note:

1. The candidates having any backlog in the course will not be allowed.
2. The Joining will be after the final exams are done.
3. We can give any location to anyone; the location will be confirmed a few days prior to the joining. So, the candidate should be open for Pan India location.
4. The selection will be solely on the candidate’s performance in each and every round.
5. It is mandatory to have your own Vehicle at the time of joining as the profile includes intensive driving.
