1) Designation: Trainee – Business Development
Eligibility: Mba (only technical background), B.Tech (all), Bca and Mca
Responsibilities:
- Should be enthusiastic and smart to create a good impression in front of clients.
- Being the first point of contact for clients through warm leads, work closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions.
- Identify requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition.
- Have a meeting with the client to understand the current technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future requirements.
- Documentation of a project throughout its life cycle.
- Develop and establish strong relationships with strategic clients and industry partners.
- Provided technical advice to clients - Explain technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer.
2) Designation 2 – HR Trainee
Eligibility: MBA HR
Responsibilities:
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Agreement: 2 years
Job Location: Sector 63 Noida
CTC: 16000/- month
