A) Job Designation  - Marketing Communication Executive

Job Description:
âž² Develop, review and regularly update the monthly sales plan and initiatives.
âž² Analyze new technology trends and other factors.
âž² Be proactively involved in execution of the plan set by the organization on Week
âž² On - Week basis, fix client meetings, phone calls to further clients with prospect.
âž² Send, Emails to clients & proposals per day.
âž² Be focused on meeting the sales targets.
âž² Forwarding the appointments to the Sales coordinator for verification purpose.
âž² Clients follow up along with handling customer's grievances.
 

Desired Skills:

âž² Fluent communication skills in English & Hindi language. Additional knowledge of regional language will be an added advantage.
âž² Polite and good telephone etiquette & computer and Microsoft office-knowledge.
âž² Strong communication skills & follow up skills.
âž² Good motivational skills, pleasing personality, well groomed.
âž² Should be computer / internet proficient.
âž² Good inter- personal skill & good understanding of customer needs.

B) Job Designation  - Sales Trainee

Job Description:
âž² Sales Plan: Develop, review and regularly update the monthly sales plan and initiatives.
âž² Analysis of trends and other factors.
âž² AOP : Be proactively involved in execution of the plan set by the organization on Week-On - Week basis.
âž² At least 5 client meetings in a day, phone calls to 15 prospects, Emails to 10 clients & Send minimum 2 proposals per day.
âž² Be focused on meeting the sales targets.

âž² Pleasing personality, well groomed.
