a ) Job Designation  - Associate-Technical Support

Eligibility: B.Tech (CS, IT, ECE) & BCA

Batch: 2017 - 2018 pass out

Job Responsibilities:
âž² Candidate must have Technical Knowledge.
âž² Handling Internet Troubleshooting issues.
âž² Networking /LAN/WAN/ Corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environment.
âž² Excellent communication skills.
âž² Confident and Self-motivated with positive attitude.
âž² Candidate should be flexible with 24*7 shifts.
âž² Transport facility is available for both sides.
âž² Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.

b ) Job Designation  - Associate-Trainee

Eligibility: BBA, BCA , BCOM & B.Sc

Batch: 2017 - 2018 pass out

Responsible for assessing, understanding and providing services to internal employees of a North American Telecom giant. This would include managing Service Requests raised by any user for Installation, Move, Add, Change or Disconnect Requests, Complaints, Project Requests, and acting as a single point of contact as defined in job descriptions contained within the Customer’s internal communication. 

Job Responsibilities:
âž² Responsible for providing solution to the customer and ensure.
âž² Customer Satisfaction.
âž² No rework thereby meeting RFT (right first time).
âž² Transaction accuracy.
âž² Meeting the activation date of the service.
âž² Excellent communication skills.
âž² Only Non- Technical graduates are eligible.
âž² Confident and Self-motivated with positive attitude.
âž² Candidate should be flexible with 24*7 shifts.
âž² Transport facility is available for both sides.
