Responsibilities :
- Help managers complete daily tasks as implementing new policies).
- Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
- Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry).
- Get familiar with personnel duties.
- Participate in company’s strategic planning.
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
- Keep track of business revenue.
- Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
- Create and give presentations.
Skills required :
- Strong written and oral communication skills, Excellent presentation skills.
- Familiarity with working on excel & ability to function effectively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Should be comfortable working in a small team and know how to make client relationships.
Interview process :
- Registration with CVs.
- The company will share topics on which the registered student will have to make a PPT for the same and on a given date, the student will give a virtual presentation on google meet.
- Then the shortlisted students will go for the HR round.
- Then Final PI for the shortlisted students.

Location : Sector 58, Noida
CTC : 2.5 to 3.5 LPA (First 6 months Trg period - a stipend of INR 10 k to 12 k per month)
