Role: Trainees are the one who will actively participate in the software development activities starting from requirement analysis to the delivery following the predefined processes and rules set by XORLABS.

Requirement Analysis
- Read and understand requirements in detail.
- Raise requirement queries/gaps with the Project Owner/Team Lead/Client
Estimation and Planning
- Provide effort estimation against each item to Project Owner/Team Lead/Client
Execution and Delivery
- Read and understand requirements in detail.
- Raise requirement queries/gaps with Project Owner/TeamLead/Client
- Develop the code as per the requirements provided in the form of tickets.
- Test the applications or delivered piece as per the requirements
- Provide inputs to Scrum Master and Project Owner to fill details in the Scrum Master Tracker
- Perform build(s)
- Deliver developed requirement to Quality Analyst/Client team
Change Identification
- Ensure analysis is done, following the defined parameters
- Ensure to keep the status of tickets up to date, assigned by the Project owner.
Change Implementation
- Responsible for successful Implementation of Change
Skill Information Updates
- Update skill Information as per instructions by Project Owner
- Inform Project Owner on acquiring new skills/certifications
Daily Stand-up Meeting
- Participate in Daily Stand-up Meetings
- Provide the status of the task assigned
Sprint Retrospective Meeting
- Participate in Sprint Retrospective Meeting
Incident logging and Resolution
- Analyze the content/description of the Incident ticket
- Resolve the Incident within the agreed Service Level Agreement
- Change the status to Resolve/Ready to review
- Assign the ticket to Project Owner for verification
Root cause analysis
- Participate in Root cause analysis Meeting
Rounds - Test, Technical Interview , Final Fitment
