There are two modes through which you can obtain the application form. First, visit the Mangalmay Institute physically, obtain the prospectus, and get the form along with it. Second, visit the official website and follow the following steps-
- Register yourself by providing your email ID and phone number.
- Log in with your details.
- Click on Apply Now, and the form will open up by itself.
How To Fill The Form?
Provide all the necessary information asked in the application form, including educational qualifications, marks obtained in previous examinations, entrance exam results if applicable, category, and some
personality details like phone number and email ID.
1. Pay the application fee
- Once you have filled the form with all the correct information, you will be required to pay the application fee, which is around Rs 750 to 1000/-.
- You can choose any mode for the fee payment as per your convenience.
2. Upload the documents
After paying the application fee, make sure you upload clear scanned copies of documents such as-
- Class 12th marksheet
- Class 10th marksheet
- Work experience certificate, if applicable
- Reserved category certificate, if applicable
- Passport-size photographs and other declarations, if required.
3. Things to be kept in mind
- Make sure that the documents you upload are recent and clearly visible.
- Note down the application number because that will be used for future reference.
- Make sure you click on the submit button to finally submit the application.
- You won't be able to upload the documents unless you pay the fee.
