What Are The Placement Process Steps At Mangalmay?

1. At the first step, the Corporate Resource division team searches the whole job market to get the best opportunities for the students. 

2. The Corporate Resource division maintains relationships with the representatives of different companies and gets in touch with them through email. 

3. The company sends the details to the Corporate Resource division, including the job description. 

4. Next, the Corporate Resource division informs the students through different communication platforms established about the opportunities presented by different companies.  

5. Students are given a timeline to get themselves registered for the placement drive and submit their resume and relevant documentation 

6. The resume and other details of the students are shared with the companies 

7. A date and timeline are finalized with the companies to conduct the whole placement drive

What is The Selection Process?

1. Companies now either visit Mangalmay physically or connect with the students virtually to deliver pre-placement talks. The objective of the pre-placement talks is to provide familiarity with the company and deliver key insights to the students about the job opportunity. 

2. The formal selection process begins after the pre-placement talk, wherein students may be invited to write a written test.

3. Students clearing the written test may be invited for a group discussion.
